50 Miles

This weeks goal was 50 miles and so far I'm up to 24 which means I have to make a real effort if it's going to happen and that includes running twice in a day at least once. It takes a mental shift to run twice a day as well as being in fairly good shape but above all you have to want to do it. This is one of the keys to running and anything actually. Without that will, nothing meaningful will happen
